RECIPE: MEXICAN CEVICHE TOSTADAS 🐟🍋

Ingredients: white fish, fresh lime juice, tomato, red onion, cilantro, avocado, serrano or jalapeño pepper and salt.

Preparation: Dice the fish and marinate it in lime juice for approximately 15–20 minutes. Add tomato, onion, cilantro, chili and salt. Serve immediately over Arévalo Tostadas and finish with avocado.

Approximate time: 25 minutes.
