Shipping your package
Packages are usually shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. So your orders will take 3 to 6 days to reach you. They are sent through Colissimo, Mondial Relay, UPS, Chronopost, DHL or GLS with a tracking number and are delivered according to the selection you have made. Whatever the method of delivery you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders made separately and the shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The sizes of the boxes are appropriate and their articles are adequately protected.
Pickup Points
These are stores that are close to the area where you live or another area that you indicate by changing your zip code while you are placing your order. These establishments function as a delivery and pick-up point for packages. Your order, once it arrives at the pick up point, will be scanned and at that moment you will receive a confirmation sms and/or email. From that moment you can pick it up.
ATTENTION: Depending on the capacity of the store to store the packages, they can stay between 8 and 14 days. You can contact the store directly to find out how long it will be stored. If you do not pick it up within this period, it will be returned to us.
During the shipment of the package, the pick up point does NOT have any information until it arrives there, which is when you receive the sms or email confirmation that it is already available.
IMPORTANT: If the package is not picked up on time, it will be returned to the sender and you will have the option to request its reshipment at the customer's expense. You can request this service at mexeat.net@gmail.com
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the description of the item, it is made within 3 to 10 business days after receipt of the payment. Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have done some diversion agreement with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have requested.
If you have not received your order 10 business days after payment, please contact us by email at mexlatin.net@gmail.com indicating your order number and payment information. Please also note that we do not process orders on weekends and holidays.
Return Policy – Order Not Collected at a Point Relais
When an order is shipped to a Point Relais and the customer does not collect it within the time limit set by the carrier, the parcel will be automatically returned to the sender.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Code de la consommation, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from receipt of the product. However, an order that is not collected at a Point Relais is not considered as received, but rather as unclaimed by the customer.
As a result:
- The order will be considered abandoned / unclaimed by the customer.
- In accordance with Article L221-23 of the Code de la consommation, initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs charged by the carrier may be deducted from the amount to be refunded, in accordance with the same article.
Once the parcel has been returned to our premises and the condition of the products has been verified:
- A refund of the product value, excluding shipping and return costs, will be issued, or
- At the customer’s request, a new shipment may be arranged, subject to prior payment of the new shipping costs.
In accordance with Article L221-24 of the Code de la consommation, when applicable, the refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days from the effective recovery of the parcel.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Provide accurate and complete contact details.
- Monitor carrier notifications.
- Collect the order within the time limit indicated by the Point Relais.
No claims, compensation, or additional refunds will be accepted for orders not collected, except in the event of an error attributable to the seller or the carrier.
What to do if I have received damaged items?
If the damage is visible externally in the package, do so confirm in writing directly by the delivery provider. Otherwise, document the damage photographically and send us the photos by email to mexlatin.net@gmail.com We take care of everything and organize a refund or replacement of your products.
What do I do if my order arrives incomplete (missing item)?
If a wrong or incomplete item arrives, please contact us by email at mexeat.net@gmail.com where we will generate a digital return code, refund the money or deliver the missing item.
How can I return the goods?
In case of cancellation or if you have received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us first by phone, email to mexlatin.net@gmail.com or via the contact form of the website www.mexlatin.net We will send you a return voucher or we will organize a course of action.
