🍺 Recipe: Classic Mexican Michelada

Main ingredients:

·         240 ml tomato and clam juice

·         12 ml MAGGI® Mi-che Seasoning

·         Juice of 1 lime

·         1 well-chilled Mexican beer

·         Ice

·         Salt and chili powder for the rim

·         Celery, optional

Preparation:

1.       Rim the glass with lime, salt and chili powder.

2.       Add ice, tomato and clam juice and lime juice.

3.       Pour in 12 ml of MAGGI® Mi-che.

4.       Slowly add the chilled beer.

5.       Stir gently and garnish with celery if desired.

Approximate time: 5 minutes.

Serving suggestion: serve immediately, very cold, with a chili-salt rim and lime wedge. 🍋🍺
