House Founded in 1795 by José Antonio de Cuervo when he obtained the first concession to commercialize tequila, the José Cuervo brand is still produced today in the town of Tequila, in the state of Jalisco in Mexico. La Rojeña distillery is also the oldest in Latin America. José Cuervo has been in the hands of the same family for more than 250 years with the 11th generation in charge. With an entrepreneurial spirit and ancestral knowledge passed down from generation to generation, it is no coincidence that the Cuervo family is today the most rewarded in the history of tequila.

Originally reserved for the Cuervo family, this reference was launched in 1995 to celebrate 200 years of the brand. Aged in French and American oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years, this excellence tequila is made only from blue agave harvested at its peak of maturity. Its gustatory personality varies from year to year.
Color: dark amber
Nose: aromas of oak, almond, apple and olive.
Mouth: woody notes, toasted almonds, vanilla and cinnamon.
