Shipping and Returns
Shipping your package
Packages are usually shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. So your orders will take 3 to 6 days to reach you. They are sent through Colissimo, Mondial Relay, UPS, Chronopost, DHL or GLS with a tracking number and are delivered according to the selection you have made. Whatever the method of delivery you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders made separately and the shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
The sizes of the boxes are appropriate and their articles are adequately protected.
Unless otherwise stated in the description of the item, it is made within 3 to 6 business days after receipt of the payment. Please note that no deliveries are made on weekends and holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have done some diversion agreement with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have requested.
If you have not received your order 7 business days after payment, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and payment information. Please also note that we do not process orders on weekends and holidays.
What to do if I have received damaged items?
If the damage is visible externally in the package, do so confirm in writing directly by the delivery provider. Otherwise, document the damage photographically and send us the photos by email to email@example.com We take care of everything and organize a refund or replacement of your products.
How can I return the goods?
In case of cancellation or if you have received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us first by phone, email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact form of the website www.mexlatin.net We will send you a return voucher or we will organize a course of action.
