Seafood cocktail

A refreshing and delicious summer option (4 people)

• 1 cup Catsup La Costeña Sauce®
• 4 cdas of La Costeña Black Sauce®
• 2 cdas of Homemade Sauce with Habanero La Costeña®
• 1/2 cup Orange Juice
• 2 cdas Lemon Juice
• 2 cdas olive oil
• 1/2 cup cooked octopus and chunks
• 1 cup cooked shrimp, clean and headless
• 1/2 cup Surimi in pieces
• 4 cdas chopped purple onion
• 2 cdas chopped coriander
• 2 cdas chopped parsley
• Salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix all ingredients in the following order; sauces, juice
lemon juice, olive oil, octopus, shrimp, surimi,
onion, coriander and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Serve cold and garnish with extra onion and coriander.
