Cauliflower Nuggets



With this recipe, the problem of not wanting to eat vegetables is solved (4
persons)

Ingredients
• 1 cup of La Costeña® Vegetable Salad
• 2 cups of cooked Cauliflower
• 4 tablespoons of chopped onion
• 1 garlic clove minced
• 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
• 1 piece of Egg
• 1 1/2 cups of ground bread
• Salt and pepper to taste

To bread
• 1 cup of flour
• 3 pieces of scrambled egg
• 1 cup of ground bread
• required amount of cooking spray
• For the sauce
• 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise with La Costeña® Lemon juice
• 4 tbsp of La Costeña® Catsup Sauce
• Pinch of Garlic powder

Preparation
1. Finely chop the cauliflower, combine with La Costeña® Vegetable Salad
previously drained, onion, garlic, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs and
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reservation.
2. Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions and form the nuggets (croquettes
flattened). Pass them in flour, the egg and the ground bread until they are breaded
full.
3. Place the nuggets on a tray and spray with cooking spray on both
sides, bake at 160 ° C for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and reserve.
4. Mix the Mayonnaise with La Costeña® Lemon Juice, La Costeña® Catsup Sauce and garlic.
