Tuna with chipotle and peach sauce

For a rich and delicious meal, we share this recipe (4 people)

• 8 Slices of Peaches in syrup slices.
• 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil
• 2 Tbsp of chopped white onion
• 6 Tbsp Sauce to Marinate with Sweet Chipotles La Costeña
• 8 Tbsp of peach syrup
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 Tbsp of chopped Parsley
• 2 Pieces of Tuna Medallion
• 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil

1. Drain the Peaches in La Costeña® Sliced ​​Syrup and chop them into pieces
medium. Reservation.
2. Heat the oil and season the onion, add the peaches and cook for
1 minute. Add half of the Sauce to Marinate with Sweet Chipotles La
Costeña®, the syrup of the peaches and season with salt and pepper.
3. Add the parsley and mix. Cook over low heat for 2 more minutes. Reservation.
4. Spread the tuna medallion with the chipotle sauce on both sides and marinade for
at least 20 minutes.
5. Heat the oil and seal the medallion on both sides. Cut the tuna into
slices and bathe with the chipotle and peach sauce.
