Chicken stuffed avocados

This recipe is perfect for all palates in love with avocado (4 people)

2 cups of shredded chicken
6 tablespoons of Mayonnaise La Costeña® Light Salad Dressing
1 can of La Costeña® Peasant Salad
4 tablespoons of Chipotles Chopped in La Costeña® Adobo
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pieces of Avocado

1. Mix the shredded chicken with the light mayonnaise, the peasant salad (drained) and the chipotle, season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit.
3. Fill the avocado halves with the chicken salad and serve.
