Alitas de pollo con salsa de mango

Chicken wings with mango sauce

1 bottle of Catsup La Costeña Sauce®
3 cdas White Cane Alcohol Vinegar La Costeña®
3 slices of Mango in Almíbar Slices La Costeña®
4 cdas of finished sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cdas Butter
1 cup Oil
20 pieces clean chicken wings

Blend Catsup La Costeña Sauce®, La Costeña Cane Alcohol White Vinegar®, Mango in Syrup Slices La Costeña®, sugar, salt and pepper. Reservation.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour in the mixture. Heat and reserve.
In another frying pan add the oil and fry the wings until golden brown. Reservation.
Place the wings in a bowl and add the sauce. Mix and enjoy.
