Huevos divorciados con frijoles peruanos

Divorced eggs with Peruvian beans

Double flavor. You have to try them!

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

• 1 bottle of La Costeña® Mexican Sauce
• 2 soaked morita peppers
• 1 bottle of La Costeña® Green Sauce
• 60 gs of roasted poblano slices
• 1 cup of La Costeña® Peruvian Refried Beans
• 8 Eggs
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 8 tbsp of vegetable oil
• 8 fried corn tortillas
• 8 Corn chips

preparation:

1. Blend the Mexican sauce with the morita pepper; bring to a boil, lower the heat and
keep it warm.
2. Blend the green sauce with the poblano slices; bring to a boil, lower the heat and
keep it warm.
3. Heat the refried beans.
4. Fry the “fried” eggs; season with salt and pepper.
5. Spread beans on the tortillas; put an egg on top of each tortilla
6. Bathe one of the eggs with green sauce and the other with red sauce.
7. Serve the refried beans in the middle of the eggs and add a couple of chips,
placing them on the beans.
