Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

• 1 bottle of La Costeña® Mexican Sauce
• 2 cups of water
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 can of Elote Dorado La Costeña®
• 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
• 8 fresh eggs

preparation:

1. Heat the sauce with the water, season with salt and pepper. Add the corn and coriander. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
2. Add the eggs to the boiling sauce (one by one). Cook covered for 5 minutes.
3. Serve hot.
