• 1 tbsp of La Costeña® Pickled Jalapeño Rajas Rojas
• 1 can of La Costeña® Vegetable Salad
• 2 cups of chicken, cooked and shredded
• 4 tbsp of La Costeña® Light Salad Dressing Mayonnaise
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 Horns
• 4 leaves of apricot lettuce
1. Chop the slices and mix them with the vegetable salad, the chicken, the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper.
2. Slice the horns in half; put a base lettuce leaf and two tablespoons of the previous mixture to each one.
3. Serve at room temperature; or hot, if you prefer.
