Ingredients • 1 tbsp of La Costeña® Pickled Jalapeño Rajas Rojas • 1 can of La Costeña® Vegetable Salad • 2 cups of chicken, cooked and shredded • 4 tbsp of La Costeña® Light Salad Dressing Mayonnaise • Salt and pepper to taste • 4 Horns • 4 leaves of apricot lettuce
Preparation 1. Chop the slices and mix them with the vegetable salad, the chicken, the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper. 2. Slice the horns in half; put a base lettuce leaf and two tablespoons of the previous mixture to each one. 3. Serve at room temperature; or hot, if you prefer.
